At 38 years old, I was 96 kg (211 lbs), completely inactive, and constantly feeling unwell. As a single father to a young boy, I knew I had to change—not just for myself, but for him. That decision sparked my fitness journey, and I’ve experienced firsthand the challenges of going from out of shape to fit. I understand the struggles, the setbacks, and the mental hurdles. Now, as a coach, I use that hard-earned wisdom to guide my clients through their own transformations.

Instead, I’ll teach you to 'train in the moment' — to connect with your body, feel every movement, and find the right intensity for you.
