    The frequency of your workouts depends on your fitness goals and current fitness level. Anything will always be better than nothing . I personally train 3 times a week but I used to train more but I also started my fitness  journey at 38 just with a simple walk.


    Yes, I train clients online and also can provide home service visiting clients in their home or even hospital . Get in touch and we can discuss it. 


    It depends on the severity of the injury. We recommend consulting with your doctor before starting any exercise program. If cleared,  my approach really is adapted to modify your workouts to accommodate your injury.Remember though, if your foot hurt the rest of your body should not have to wait :) . Look for solutions not excuses.
